We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead and drive manufacturing process improvements across our operations. This role is responsible for initiating, coordinating, and implementing high-impact projects that improve efficiency, safety, and overall performance.
The SPE acts as both a technical leader and project driver, generating innovative process improvement ideas and ensuring their successful execution. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential to deliver results on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Development
  • Identify and manage project risks
  • Define project scope through collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans
  • Ensure all designs meet relevant company and industry standards
  • Prepare comprehensive Requests for Quote (RFQs) for project bidding
  • Coordinate and facilitate required permitting processes

Project Execution
  • Lead and manage project execution from start to finish
  • Coordinate both internal teams and external contractors
  • Develop project procedures, specifications, and documentation
  • Oversee EHS performance and ensure achievement of all safety targets
  • Promote and embed a strong safety culture across teams and contractors
  • Track progress and ensure projects are executed effectively
  • Provide regular project status updates and reports
  • Develop and manage punch lists for project closeout

Commissioning & Handover
  • Ensure completion of punch list items
  • Coordinate final project delivery with all stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 3-5 years of experience in industrial project management
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering projects and drive process improvements with measurable impact on efficiency, safety, or performance.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage contractors and consultants
  • Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
