Graham is actively recruiting for a Project Coordinator supporting the Buildings Division. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Project Coordinator provides essential support to project teams through coordination, scheduling, quantity surveying, reporting, cost control, and quality management activities. Working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and consultants, the Project Coordinator helps ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contract requirements while gaining exposure to all phases of the construction lifecycle.

Your Role in Building What Matters โ€“ From Office to Site

  • Coordinate Daily Project Activities: Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control activities. Maintain project documentation, including drawings, revisions, site instructions, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
  • Support Project Reporting & Change Management: Track and document change events, prepare and monitor change notices, and assist with progress reporting, forecasting, and project status updates
  • Promote Safety & Quality Excellence: Assist with project-specific safety plans and maintain safety and quality records. Support QA/QC processes, inspections, testing documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist with Financial & Cost Controls: Monitor labour, equipment, material, and subcontractor costs. Support cost reporting, track commitments, review invoices, and assist with cost forecasting and accruals
  • Build Strong Project Relationships: Collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to support successful project delivery and maintain positive working relationships throughout the project lifecycle

The Right Tools for the Job


Education: Technical Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or a related field; equivalent trade certification will also be considered.
Experience: 3-5 years of construction experience supporting commercial, institutional, mixed-use, or industrial projects.
Skills: Proficiency with MS Office Suite, project management and scheduling software, and construction management systems. Working knowledge of project coordination, cost control, scheduling, contract administration, document management, and change management processes
