Graham is actively recruiting for a Project Coordinator to support our Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator plays a key role in delivering complex civil infrastructure projects by supporting planning, execution, project controls, and field operations. Working closely with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients, this role helps ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Your Role in Building What Matters โ€“ From Office to Site

  • Coordinate Project Delivery: Support day-to-day project execution by maintaining schedules, tracking progress, managing project documentation, and coordinating activities between field and office teams

  • Support Project Controls & Reporting: Assist with cost tracking, forecasting, quantity verification, and productivity reporting. Prepare project updates, progress reports, and documentation required for client and leadership reviews

  • Manage Documentation & Change Processes: Maintain drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, site instructions, and change orders. Support the administration and tracking of change management activities throughout the project lifecycle

  • Maintain HSE & Quality Standards: Contribute to the successful implementation of project safety and quality programs by maintaining records, supporting inspections, tracking corrective actions, and promoting compliance with company and regulatory requirements

  • Build Strong Stakeholder Relationships: Collaborate professionally with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and project team members to support effective communication and successful project outcomes

The Right Tools for the Job

Education: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

Experience: 3-5 years of experience supporting civil, infrastructure, earthworks, utilities, transportation, industrial, or heavy construction projects

Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software. Understanding of project controls, scheduling, cost management, contract administration, drawings and specifications, quantity tracking, and change management processes. Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
