Manage all aspects of entitlements including rezoning, variances, conditional use permits,

annexations, and related approvals.

Coordinate with city, county, state, and federal agencies to ensure projects remain compliant and on

schedule.

Prepare and present proposals to planning commissions, councils, public agencies, and community

groups.

Monitor evolving land use and environmental regulations that may impact project timelines or

viability.

COORDINATE PLANNING, DESIGN & INFRASTRUCTURE

Partner with civil engineers, architects, planners, and landscape architects to develop thoughtful,

high-quality site plans.

Review grading plans, utility layouts, traffic studies, environmental reports, and infrastructure

coordination efforts.

Ensure projects align with community expectations, operational goals, and long-term master

planning initiatives.

MANAGE PROJECTS & CONSULTANT TEAMS

Build and maintain development schedules, budgets, and milestone tracking across multiple active
