Overview
Support adoption of new developer tools and workflows by helping build, test, document, and iterate based on engineer feedback, while following established security and quality practices. Support community and enablement activities, including sessions, demos, internal posts, and updates. Contribute to continuous improvement by incorporating feedback from engineers into tooling, documentation, and workflows.

What You'll Do
  • Support adoption of new developer tools and workflows across teams (onboarding, guidance, FAQs, office hours support)
  • Assist in building and testing practical solutions using AI tools (examples, scripts, lightweight integrations, validation)
  • Gather feedback from engineers, identify usability issues, and help improve documentation and workflows
  • Create simple guidance, examples, and learning materials teams can follow (quickstarts, reference examples, checklists)
  • Help track adoption and impact of new approaches (basic reporting, feedback summaries, issue trends)
  • Follow established security, safety, and quality practices and escalate concerns early
