Summary: We are looking for a passionate, senior level java developer to support our agile team to enhance our existing RM applications to support the new RM initiatives. The candidate would be responsible for the development, testing and maintenance of applications developed for the RM business unit. This position use programming and object-oriented skills, methodologies, and tools to plan, analyze, design, construct and test solutions.

Education/Experience: Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent training required 10 years related experience required

Qualifications:

  • Must have a degree in Computer Science/Engineering; advanced degree preferred; significant relevant work experience will be considered.
  • Must have 10 years of experience in object-oriented software development and maintenance using Java, J2EE, EJB's
  • 4+ years of experience with SOAP based and REST based Web Services
  • 5+ years of experience with Core Spring, Spring Integration
  • 2+ years of experience with JMS
  • Experience in IBM WAS, Web Development, and UNIX shell scripting.
  • Experience developing and deploying in Eclipse and WebSphere or other application development or server environment
  • Experience with SQL,Oracle
  • Experience writing automated test cases using JUnit
  • Knowledge or hands-on software development experience using Java design patterns is preferred.
  • Must work well in a team environment
  • Assist in defining and refining of software development procedures.
  • Participate in full software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Nice to have experience (in priority order): Subversion, Rally, Development experience with an agile, iterative, Hudson, Jenkins, architecture centric, test driven development methodology.
  • May require occasional off-hours on-call support.
