CNC Programmer – Fort Worth, TX 

Location: Parker-Hannifin – Stratoflex Products Division, Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)


Job Summary

Seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support aerospace manufacturing operations. This role will focus on programming multi-axis CNC machines, creating CAM files from customer models/prints, and collaborating across engineering and operations to ensure precise, high-quality production.


Key Responsibilities
  • Program multi-axis CNC mills, lathes with live tooling, and mill-turn machines.

  • Create program-ready CAM files from customer models, drawings, and prints.

  • Produce and validate first-article parts to meet strict aerospace tolerances.

  • Optimize machining processes in collaboration with engineers, operators, and supervisors.

  • Ensure production of high-precision components with tolerances down to ±0.0001".

  • Work with a wide range of materials including:

    • Heat-treated alloys

    • Stainless steel

    • Inconel

    • Hastelloy

    • Aluminum

    • Beryllium copper

  • Support continuous improvement and efficient machining processes.


Required Technical SkillsCAM Software Experience (one or more):

  • CATIA V5/V6

  • SolidWorks (CAD/CAM workflow)
