Job description

Staff Experts, LLC is a highly specialized full-service Staffing & Recruiting Firm. We specialize in staffing in the areas of Engineering, Construction Management, Manufacturing, Information Technology, Aerospace & Defense, Administrative-Accounting-Finance, Call Center Operations, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Skilled Trades and Logistics. Staff Experts, LLC is currently seeking to fill several CMM Programmer positions.

If you are interested, please email us your resume and call 520-989-9270 to schedule an interview appointment. Responsibilities & Expectations Program and operate Coordinating Measuring Machine (CMM) to perform inspection procedures with software. Identify non-conformances based on inspections.

Inspect materials to quality standards. Verify non-conformances with mechanical inspection. Determines acceptance or rejection of products based on requirements.

Completes all required documentation such as work instructions, audits, product handling, quality reports, non-conforming reports, etc. Handle multiple and changing priorities. Respond to written and verbal instructions.

Participate in continuous improvement activities. Other reasonable duties as business and operational needs dictate. Qualifications and Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED Able to understand geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T) Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics, specifications, and customer documents.

Experience in surface plate layout and precision mechanical measuring tool use. Familiar with hand inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) Mechanical inspection experience Experience programming and operating CMM and mechanical inspection equipment. Quality oriented personality.

Strong attention to detail, organizational, time management and follow-up skills. Proficient in the use of computers including Microsoft Word and Excel Possess a high degree of initiative and be self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision.
