Engineering Manager
We're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead engineering operations within a growing manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for managing a team of engineers while driving product development, manufacturing support, process optimization, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong manufacturing background who can bridge engineering and operations to improve efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and develop a team of design, manufacturing, and process engineers.
  • Oversee engineering projects from concept through production.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
  • Ensure engineering designs, drawings, and documentation support efficient manufacturing processes.
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to resolve technical challenges and improve production performance.
  • Manage engineering change activities and configuration control processes.
  • Support process planning, production readiness, and manufacturing execution.
  • Evaluate new projects for technical feasibility and manufacturing capability.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and internal quality systems.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams.
  • Strong knowledge of machining, fabrication, and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with CAD software and engineering documentation.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
Salary Range: $140,000-$160,000
