Business Development Support:

  • Contribute to proposal efforts, including development of scope, labor estimates, assumptions, and written technical content.

  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and promote the firm's technical capabilities to existing and prospective clients.

  • Participate in opportunity evaluation, consultant selection, and preparation of qualifications/experience packages.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 12 years of engineering experience, including at least two years in a senior technical or leadership role.

  • Significant experience in power plant design, execution, or operations is strongly preferred.

  • Experience developing and reviewing calculations, P&IDs, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.

  • Background in industrial facilities or other energy generation systems is beneficial.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multidiscipline engineering teams and coordinate complex technical work.

  • Strong understanding of power plant thermodynamics, heattransfer systems, fluid dynamics, and equipment selection.

  • Familiarity with EPC delivery models, engineering design processes, and industry standards.
