Job Profile Summary
We are seeking talented and motivated Planview Admin to join our team and focus on the Planview Portfolios product suite. This role is essential for developing, customizing, and managing Planview Portfolios solutions to enhance our portfolio management capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on experience with Planview Portfolios or other Enterprise Demand Management tools, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. A Programmer Analyst Advisor working with Planview Portfolios should have strong skills in SQL, Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS. In addition to programming languages, proficiency in APIs, integration tools, business intelligence tools, version control systems, and project management tools is highly beneficial. Familiarity with ITSM frameworks and system administration can further enhance their capability to manage and optimize Planview Portfolios products effectively.
Job Description
Essential Functions
โ€ข Development & Customization:
o Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the Planview Portfolios platform to meet business requirements and improve portfolio management processes.
o Customize Planview Portfolios features, including dashboards, reports, and workflows, to align with organizational needs and objectives.
โ€ข System Integration:
o Integrate Planview Portfolios with other enterprise systems and tools to ensure seamless data exchange and process automation.
o Develop and maintain APIs and integration points to support effective data flow and system interoperability.
โ€ข Support & Troubleshooting:
o Provide technical support for Planview Portfolios users, addressing and resolving issues related to system functionality and data accuracy.
o Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to enhance system reliability and user satisfaction.
โ€ข Reporting & Analysis:
o Develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards within Planview Portfolios to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
o Analyze system usage and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
โ€ข Documentation & Training:
o Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
