Overview

A versatile digital marketing firm is looking for a strategic Paid Media Manager to join their growing team. This individual will oversee a varied portfolio of client accounts, driving growth through expertly executed paid search and social initiatives.



Responsibilities


  • Leadership & Development: Supervise and coach a small team of digital strategists and media buyers, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.
  • Strategic Execution: Direct the end-to-end lifecycleโ€”including planning, launching, and refiningโ€”of SEM efforts (Search, Shopping, and Video) alongside major paid social initiatives (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
  • Omnichannel Oversight: Manage cohesive digital campaigns across display, programmatic, social, and search channels to ensure all outcomes mirror client KPIs.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain a hands-on approach by navigating platforms daily to ensure granular campaign health and measurable ROI.
  • Client Success: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, building long-term partnerships by consistently meeting or surpassing business targets.
  • Data Analysis: Interpret complex cross-channel performance metrics to deliver high-level insights that improve spend efficiency and creative effectiveness.
  • Process Innovation: Evaluate and upgrade internal workflows to maximize team productivity and campaign quality.
  • Industry Expertise: Keep pace with the shifting landscape of SEM and digital advertising technologies to implement cutting-edge best practices.


Candidate Qualifications

  • Direct Experience: Minimum of 1โ€“6+ years of practitioner-level experience managing paid accounts within Google Ads or SA360 (must include YouTube and Shopping expertise).
