We are seeking a proactive and collaborative paid media professional to support the growth and evolution of Deloitte's centralized paid media capabilities on behalf of the U.S. Firm.

In this role, you will help translate business and marketing priorities into paid media strategies, support campaign planning and activation across key business areas, partner with internal stakeholders and agency teams, and contribute to the success of Deloitte's audience-led marketing approach. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of marketing initiatives while helping drive measurable business impact through strategic paid media investments.

The Team

Deloitte's Brand, Marketing & Communications team combines the power of Deloitte's brand with inspired marketing strategy, creative excellence, data-driven decision making, and modern advertising capabilities to drive business results. The One Paid Media team manages centralized paid media strategy, planning, activation, measurement, and governance across the U.S. Firm.

As the organization continues to expand its audience-led marketing approach, this role will help connect business priorities to paid media strategy and execution, working closely with marketers, agency partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact.

Work You'll Do

  • Support paid media strategy throughout the campaign process, including planning, activation, optimization, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Partner with marketers and internal stakeholders to translate business goals into paid media recommendations and campaign plans.
  • Collaborate with agency partners, channel specialists, creative teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to support successful campaign execution.
  • Support planning and execution across a variety of paid media channels, including paid social, paid search, programmatic, ABM/OBM, and publisher-direct programs.
  • Help develop audience, channel, budget, and media recommendations that align with stakeholder objectives and business priorities.
  • Review campaign performance and develop insights and recommendations to improve results and inform future planning.
  • Communicate campaign status, results, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Support development of playbooks, best practices, templates, and process improvements that help scale Deloitte's paid media capabilities.
  • Stay informed of changes and trends across the paid media landscape and share recommendations with stakeholders and team members.

  • 3+ years of experience in paid media, advertising, media strategy, campaign planning, digital marketing, agency operations, or related fields.
  • Experience supporting paid media campaigns across one or more channels such as paid social, paid search, display, programmatic, ABM/OBM, or publisher-direct media.
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders, marketing teams, agencies, or media partners.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization or agency environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agency, media agency, publisher, or in-house paid media experience.
  • Experience with LinkedIn paid media, ABM/OBM or account-based marketing programs.
  • Experience supporting audience targeting, segmentation, media planning, optimization, and reporting.
  • Experience with Workfront or similar project management tools.
  • Familiarity with media buying processes, agency workflows, and campaign delivery operations.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $66,200 to $110,200.
