Open position in all Coegi office locations including Kansas City, MO, Columbia, MO, St. Louis MO, and Minneapolis, MN; Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

Coegi is searching for an experienced Programmatic Specialist with 3+ years of experience. The Programmatic Specialist is responsible for the implementation, management, and optimization of campaigns at Coegi. In this role, this person executes effective and innovative Programmatic (display, video, mobile, and native) campaigns. The Programmatic Specialist is responsible for developing monthly reporting for clients, as well as developing best practices for Programmatic campaign management, in conjunction with management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

  • Work in Programmatic platforms to setup and manage media campaigns to ensure success across the lifetime of Client media campaign
  • Monitors pacing and performance of Client's media campaign across all Programmatic platforms
  • Actively participates in training across multiple platforms
  • Analyze and report campaign performance for Client's media campaigns (some client facing interaction)
  • Review the status and performance of campaigns with internal client account team members and client as needed
  • Provides Programmatic bidding expertise and research for internal client account team members as well as Client Strategist on new business efforts
  • Participates in the development of client presentations, in conjunction with Client Services and Strategy
  • Promote the external marketing of Coegi by developing timely blogs, white papers and case studies

  • 3-5 years of experience, preferably within an agency environment, with day-to-day digital campaign management, programmatic bidding and social advertising experience.
  • Must be a self-starter that takes personal responsibility for education in relevant digital marketing
  • Must have experience with Google Marketing Platform or DV360
  • Must have familiarity and experience with trafficking 3rd party creative tags, implementing tracking pixels and tag management solutions like Google Tag Manager
  • Must have familiarity and experience with both direct-response and brand marketing
  • Must be able to multi-task, be detail oriented, organized and analytical
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior skills with computers, specifically Excel and/or other software to leverage statistical analysis
  • Ability to problem solve and think creatively to overcome obstacles
  • Able to work within a team environment while handling multiple projects with deadlines

Education

  • Bachelor's degree; concentration in marketing, statistics, business or advertising preferred, or equivalent professional experience
