Job Description
Our PMX Precision Central Activation team provides a valuable service to our PM Agency Teams & Clients who are executing digital media campaigns but do not have the time or resources to do it themselves. As we grow at a rapid pace across digital media capabilities, we are looking to add a talented and motivated Senior Campaign Manager to help oversee biddable media activation for our global delivery network. This position requires a highly motivated, entrepreneurial person to support all aspects of execution. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work independently and realize they will be a key component of a small and cohesive team.
The Senior Campaign Manager will partner with team members within our Central Activation US team to collaborate with Publics Media Agency partners to ensure successful implementation & execution of digital media campaigns for Publicis Media clients across media platforms. The ideal candidate should be familiar with managing digital media campaigns from planning to execution across multiple biddable platforms. They will be knowledgeable in demand side platforms such as the Trade Desk and Amazon DSPs for Programmatic media or within Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok for Social campaigns.
Day to day responsibilities will include collaborating with our Client Operations team, US Agency or Client Counterparts, and key industry Platform partners to drive KPI success. The role will help to oversee a team in our globally distributed locations that support execution of digital media campaigns. The Senior Campaign Manager will create and manage various workflows, training plans, and develop standards to ensure efficiency when working with internal teams and clients. This is a non-traditional Senior Campaign Manager role that requires experience but will not necessarily include hands on keyboard campaign management.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain knowledge of biddable Platforms & Optimizations to develop structured training plans, team competence, and standard procedures

  • Oversee execution of locally targeted media campaigns and provide troubleshooting for campaign delivery and performance support

  • Be able to conduct full analysis of campaign performance, optimizations, issues, etc.

  • Deliver input on campaign goals, approaches, and methods to help establish success metrics

  • Work with internal teams to provide clients with media recommendations and optimization strategies that align with objectives

  • Establish and uphold workflows for collaboration between internal teams and global support teams

  • Maintain training resources and mentor staff within our global delivery network

  • Partner with internal resources and external partners to stay abreast of industry and product updates, supporting implementation of best practices and continuous knowledge sharing

  • Identify areas of opportunity to improve current procedures, and grow internal team capability

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3+ years of online advertising experience, with professional experience in the biddable media space doing bid management, campaign management or digital operations

  • Experience collaborating with global counterparts for support

  • Experience buying and planning within Social platforms including Meta and Pinterest as well as Programmatic platforms including Trade Desk and Amazon

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables & project timelines efficiently

  • Deep understanding of reporting metrics, how they interrelate so as to be able to guide the team to effectively leverage those levers

  • Working knowledge of ad tech platforms, manual bidding platforms, APIs, etc.

  • Strong relationship building, diplomacy, and decision-making skills with ability to think creatively

  • Proficiency with Microsoft office suite

Compensation Range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $80,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
