Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Service Technician and become a vital part of maintaining and optimizing industrial equipment across manufacturing facilities. In this energetic role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and service a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to ensure seamless operations. Your expertise will help keep production running smoothly while providing exceptional customer service and technical support. Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including low voltage circuits, electrical blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation.
  • Conduct equipment troubleshooting using multimeters such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and other precision measuring instruments.
  • Perform mechanical maintenance including stick welding, hydraulic repairs, pneumatic system troubleshooting, and equipment repair.
  • Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to document work orders, maintenance history, and asset management activities.
  • Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics to identify issues accurately and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain industrial equipment by performing preventive maintenance tasks on HVAC/R systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and industrial mechanics components.
  • Support technical sales efforts by providing expert advice on equipment repairs and system upgrades while ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in manufacturing facilities with a strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices.
  • Hands-on experience with electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and using schematics for repairs.
  • Skilled in welding techniques such as stick welding and familiar with HVAC/R systems; HVAC certification is a plus.
  • Ability to operate scissor lifts safely and efficiently; OSHA certification preferred.
