This is your chance to get in early, work with advanced vehicle systems, and train with the best — in Las Vegas!
All candidates will complete a 2-week, all-expenses-paid training program in Las Vegas to become certified Driver Trainers.

What You’ll Do

As a Driver (Tester) Trainer, you’ll play a key role in advancing autonomous vehicle operations:

  • Safely drive and test vehicles 4–8 hours per day.

  • Operate in-vehicle software and data systems during test missions.

  • Collect and record detailed feedback for engineering and safety teams.

  • Complete accurate, professional reports at the end of each shift (must type 45+ WPM).

  • Perform basic vehicle inspections, maintenance checks, and operational readiness tasks.

  • Support vehicle movement, logistics, and documentation for daily fleet operations.

  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure safety compliance at all times.


What You Bring
  • Minimum 36 months of safe driving experience (no tickets or violations).

  • Strong typing skills (45+ WPM) — you will be tested!

  • Solid computer literacy and comfort with technology.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and calm decision-making under pressure.

  • Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics and maintenance.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience a plus.

  • Military experience a strong plus.

  • Must have a clean driving record and no criminal history.
