Overview
Electrical Testing.
Responsibilities
o Equipment testing as required by various product lines.
o Correct problems found during testing and/or notify lead or supervisor.
o Some product lines will require interpretation and understanding of direction of flow on racks and/or electrical wiring applications on racks.
o Some product lines require final check of product with completion of documentation for files.
o Will have final review of the equipment and will complete inspection information
o Must be able to use testing gauges and/or electrical test equipment such as OHM meters.
o Observe and follow safety rules and regulations
o Support lean initiatives through 5S, 4I, ACP's, RAT's, etc.
o Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Requirements:
o High School Diploma or equivalent
o Basic troubleshooting skills.
o Electrical experience, NEC knowledge and code skills preferred for some product areas.
o Must be able to test CO2 units with minimal assistance.
o May need additional experience in Rack and PAP to be able to test in those areas.
o Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and legends.
o Depending upon the tester position, previous experience in leak testing, electrical, mechanical or a combination of is required.
o Prior experience with testing equipment.
