- Administer front desk operations, ensuring professional and efficient customer service. Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise student employees.

- Assist in the planning and execution of events and ceremonies recognizing student and staff achievements.

Coordinate daily operations of the Center for Student Engagement to ensure a clean, organized, and fully functional environment. Monitor readiness of all shared spaces, maintain organization of storage and common areas, and manage scheduling and reservations for the conference room and other center spaces. Support logistical needs for center-wide programming and serve as a primary point of contact for students, staff, and visitors utilizing the facility.
Administer front desk operations, ensuring professional and efficient customer service. Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise student employees. Provide ongoing performance management, coaching, and professional development to ensure staff are effectively supporting center operations and adhering to established procedures.
Develop and implement a comprehensive series of engagement programs for the campus community. Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including outreach, marketing, participant selection, and on-site execution. Create and distribute promotional materials, including newsletters and digital content, to effectively communicate programs, initiatives, and student recognition. Collaborate with campus and community partners to enhance programming efforts.
Assist in the planning and execution of events and ceremonies recognizing student and staff achievements. Coordinate event logistics, communications, and on-site support to ensure successful and professional program delivery.
Serve on institutional committees and workgroups related to student engagement, student travel, and divisional initiatives. Contribute to planning, implementation, and assessment efforts that support departmental and divisional goals.
Assist with budget planning, monitoring, and reconciliation for assigned programs and operational areas. Track expenditures, ensure compliance with institutional policies, and support fiscally responsible decision-making. Prepare financial updates and maintain accurate records as required.
Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support the mission, goals, and evolving priorities of the Center for Student Engagement and the division.
