Eagle Harbor, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Production Support Manager to join our Team in Charleston,SC. Responsibilities: * Manage administrative, personnel, and operational processes to meet production goals and timelines for passport and secure document issuance. * Plan, direct, and coordinate daily production activities across passport processing functions, including intake, cashiering, imaging/scanning, data entry, quality control, printing, and distribution. * Ensure compliance with applicable statutes, regulations, and policies governing passport and secure identity document processing. * Supervise staff performance, attendance, and conduct; document issues and recommend appropriate personnel actions in accordance with policy. * Develop, implement, and oversee training programs to ensure staff are properly trained in passport processing procedures and quality standards. * Monitor production reports and workflow to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to passport production targets. * Oversee customer service and post-production support activities, including searches, reissues, rewrites, and issue resolution. * Provide operational recommendations to leadership regarding staffing, resources, and process improvements to support passport production goals. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, public administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. * Proven experience managing production or operational teams in a high-volume, regulated environment, preferably involving passport or secure identity document processing. * Working knowledge of passport issuance processes and familiarity with applicable statutes, rules, and regulations governing U.S. passport operations. * Experience interpreting and enforcing policies, procedures, and compliance requirements within a government or government-contracted setting. * Demonstrated ability to train, supervise, and evaluate staff to meet production, quality, and security standards. * Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. * Experience reviewing production reports and using performance data to monitor workflow and achieve production goals.
