Job description

Signalink, Inc. is seeking a motivated Program Integrator to join our expanding team in support of Army programs at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. The Program Integrator will provide programmatic and logistical support to government leadership and program teams, helping coordinate requirements, schedules, deliverables, resources, and day-to-day program activities across multiple stakeholders.
The day-to-day work will include:
  • Provide programmatic and logistical support to program leadership across business, contract, budget, acquisition, engineering, and operational activities.
  • Coordinate with government, contractor, and industry stakeholders to track requirements, deliverables, schedules, action items, and other program activities.
  • Assist with planning and execution of current and future-year activities, including tracking resources, updating program management tools, monitoring spend plans, and supporting contract actions.
  • Maintain program schedules, trackers, status reports, and other management tools to provide leadership with visibility into program status, upcoming activities, and outstanding actions.
  • Research and compile information from multiple sources to support program planning, decision-making, and leadership briefings.
  • Monitor program activities and milestones, identify potential schedule or resource concerns, and coordinate with appropriate stakeholders to support timely resolution.
  • Coordinate meetings, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), working groups, and other program activities; develop agendas, briefings, minutes, action items, and follow-up communications.
  • Support the preparation and coordination of program documentation and leadership products, ensuring information is accurate, current, and appropriately formatted and marked.
  • Maintain organized program records, historical files, and reference materials to support continuity and institutional knowledge.
  • Provide general coordination and administrative support to program leadership as needed.

At a minimum, the candidate must have:
  • An active SECRET security clearance and the ability to maintain.
  • A bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or significant applicable experience.
  • 5+ years of applicable experience supporting DoD programs, project management, logistics, operations, acquisition, or related activities.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
  • The ability to collect, organize, analyze, and communicate information from multiple sources.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with government, contractor, and industry personnel.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
  • The ability to travel when required.

The candidate would be highly desirable if they have:
  • Experience with program logistics, resource coordination, scheduling, or deliverable tracking.
  • Experience supporting government program offices or working directly with government customers.
  • Familiarity with Army systems, acquisition processes, or aviation and/or air and missile defense programs.
