Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Group Supported Program Lead Staff to oversee daily operations within our residential or day program setting. This role provides direct support to members while leading staff on shift, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and a safe, structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Supervision

  • Serve as lead staff during assigned shifts
  • Guide, support, and monitor direct care staff performance
  • Delegate tasks and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Provide on-the-job training and coaching

Member Support

  • Assist members with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Implement Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Treatment Plans (BTP)
  • Support members with behavioral and emotional needs
  • Promote independence, dignity, and community integration

Documentation & Compliance

  • Complete accurate daily notes, incident reports, and logs
  • Ensure compliance with DDD, AHCCCS, and agency policies
  • Monitor medication administration documentation (if applicable)
  • Assist with audits and ensure readiness at all times

Safety & Environment

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and structured environment
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies and behavioral incidents
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a group home, DTA, or behavioral health setting
  • Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs in a GSE setting.
  • Prior leadership or lead staff experience preferred

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Knowledge of ISP/BTP implementation
  • Strong documentation and compliance awareness

Certifications (Preferred/Required)

  • CPR / First Aid Certification

  • Valid Driver’s License

Compensation & Schedule

  • Pay: $18 – $24/hour (based on experience)
