Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support patients through treatment plans, helping them achieve meaningful progress and improved quality of life.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong understanding of upper extremity and hand treatments

  • Proficiency in manual therapy techniques

  • Knowledge of occupational therapy stretches and exercises

  • Physical strength and stamina, including the ability to safely lift and assist patients

  • Ability to follow and execute detailed instructions accurately

  • Skilled in measuring range of motion

  • Understanding of how to progress treatment plans

  • Ability to recommend modifications to the Occupational Therapist when appropriate

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care

  • Strong attention to detail , reporting skills, and documentation accuracy

  • Proficiency in manual therapy, stretches, and range of motion measurement

  • NBCOT certified; graduate from an accredited college

  • Current state of Wyoming license
