Are you someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, staying organized, and making a difference?
As a Program Success Coordinator, you'll support a variety of workforce development and energy efficiency programs that positively impact communities across multiple states. You'll serve as an important connection between Everblue, program participants, partners, and internal teams, helping ensure programs run smoothly while delivering an outstanding experience for everyone involved.
This role combines relationship building, customer service, project coordination, outreach, data management, and operational support. Some days you'll be helping participants navigate a training program, while other days you'll be organizing data, coordinating outreach efforts, supporting new program launches, or brainstorming for innovative ways to improve how we work.

Program Coordination & Operations
  • Support the day-to-day operations of multiple workforce development and training programs.
  • Coordinate participant onboarding, registrations, scheduling, and communications.
  • Assist program managers with project coordination, documentation, and deliverables.
  • Help ensure projects stay organized and deadlines are met.
  • Support new program implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Relationship Building & Outreach
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with program participants, community organizations, contractors, government partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Serve as a friendly and professional point of contact for program inquiries and participant support.
  • Coordinate outreach efforts that raise awareness of training opportunities and community programs.
  • Gather feedback from participants and partners to help strengthen program effectiveness.
  • Represent Everblue in virtual meetings, conferences, training events, and occasional partner visits.
Data Management & Reporting
  • Maintain participant databases, spreadsheets, dashboards, and internal systems.
  • Ensure information is accurate, organized, and up to date.
  • Assist with tracking program metrics, generating reports, and monitoring project progress.
  • Support process improvements that increase efficiency and enhance the participant experience.
Innovation & Team Collaboration
  • Look for opportunities to improve workflows, communications, and internal processes.
  • Help develop new templates, resources, and tools that support program success.
  • Collaborate across multiple teams and programs, contributing wherever support is needed.
  • Bring ideas, curiosity, and a willingness to solve problems in creative ways.
