The Opportunity
As a Cyber Strategy & Resilience - Cyber Strategy & Transformation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to effectively mitigate risks. Within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice, you will focus on confirming adherence to regulatory requirements and providing guidance on compliance strategies for our clients. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, while motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality results.
In this role at PwC, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will be responsible for coaching team members, leveraging their unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. With your growing knowledge of business operations, you will identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
Responsibilities
- Leading teams in the development and execution of compliance strategies to navigate complex regulatory landscapes
- Managing client engagements by analyzing regulatory requirements and implementing risk mitigation solutions
- Guiding the implementation of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF and ISO/IEC 27001 to enhance data protection management
- Conducting compliance risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions
- Overseeing the maintenance of regulatory compliance programs and reporting to validate adherence to industry standards
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and develop skills in compliance and governance
- Collaborating with stakeholders to address compliance issues and facilitate difficult conversations when necessary
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and provide insights for strategic decision-making
- Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and practices to improve compliance and risk management processes
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
