This role combines strategic thinking, financial analysis, market intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize revenue growth, customer adoption, and long-term profitability while aligning pricing with the value delivered through autonomous AI agents, intelligent workflows, and enterprise automation. As a strategic partner to Product Management, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership, the Pricing Strategy Manager will shape how the company commercializes AI capabilities across subscription, consumption, and outcome-based pricing models. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen, analytical rigor, and experience pricing SaaS, AI, or cloud-based technologies.# **Key Responsibilities:****AI Monetization & Pricing Strategy*** Develop pricing and packaging strategies for AI-powered software, autonomous agents, copilots, and intelligent workflow solutions.* Design and optimize subscription, usage-based, consumption, hybrid, and outcome-based pricing models.* Evaluate pricing for new AI capabilities, premium features, and enterprise offerings.* Lead pricing experiments and pilot programs to validate customer willingness-to-pay and monetization opportunities.* Conduct pricing scenario analyses and recommend pricing actions based on market conditions and business objectives.**Market & Competitive Analysis*** Monitor competitive pricing, industry trends, and customer behavior.* Conduct market research to identify pricing opportunities and competitive positioning.* Analyze customer willingness to pay and value drivers across market segments.* Recommend pricing adjustments based on changing market dynamics.**Financial Analysis*** Analyze revenue, margin, profitability, and price realization performance.* Develop pricing models, profitability analyses, and business cases for new products and services.* Measure pricing effectiveness using KPIs and recommend continuous improvements.* Support annual planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities.**Cross-Functional Collaboration*** Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Management, Operations, and Executive Leadership to align pricing decisions.* Provide pricing guidance during product launches, contract negotiations, and strategic initiatives.* Support sales teams with pricing tools, analytics, and deal review processes.* Communicate pricing recommendations to senior leadership with data-driven insights.# **Requirements:****Required Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or related field.* 5–8+ years of experience in pricing, strategy, finance, commercial analytics, or revenue management.* Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.* Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).* Experience using ERP and CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or equivalent).* Excellent communication and presentation skills.* Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple business functions.**Preferred Qualifications*** MBA or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.* Experience in B2B pricing, commercial strategy, or pricing transformation initiatives.* Knowledge of price optimization software (PROS, Vendavo, Zilliant, Pricefx, or similar).* Experience with SQL, Python, or advanced analytics is a plus.* Familiarity with value-based pricing methodologies and pricing governance frameworks.# **Interview Policy & Privacy Notice:**A video interview is required for this position.
