Job Summary

The Senior Program Specialist, Beazer Charity Foundation (Operations & Enterprise Engagement) plays a central role in executing and scaling enterprise charitable engagement initiatives across Beazer Homes. This position translates Foundation strategy into structured, consistent execution across divisions, ensuring programs are delivered with quality, discipline, and measurable impact. The role supports a growing national platform and requires the ability to manage complex initiatives, align stakeholders, and continuously improve systems and processes.


Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead execution of enterprise Foundation programs including volunteer initiatives, fundraising campaigns, and national events
  • Drive consistency across divisions in how programs, tools, and processes are implemented
  • Partner with Charitable Engagement Champions (CECs) to enable successful local execution
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and coordination across cross-functional stakeholders
  • Oversee grantmaking processes, including intake, review coordination, tracking, and reporting
  • Support nonprofit partnerships and ensure alignment with Foundation priorities
  • Track program performance metrics including participation, engagement, and impact
  • Support Foundation workflows following established intake and prioritization processes
  • Escalate competing priorities and decision points to leadership as needed
  • Execute assigned workstreams with direction while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Assist in identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in program management, nonprofit, community service, event planning, administrative support, or related field preferred

Physical Requirements

This position is primarily office-based, operating in a professional and climate-controlled environment. The majority of work is performed on a computer, requiring prolonged periods of sitting, typing, and viewing a screen.  However, the position involves occasional travel, which may include air travel, site visits, industry events, off-site meetings, and field operations oversight. The work environment is generally quiet with minimal exposure to noise, hazards, or extreme temperatures.  This position requires the ability to maintain focus and productivity in a desk-based setting, with occasional movement throughout the office for meetings or collaborative tasks. This position requires the ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds and to use equipment, such as carts, wagons, or dollies, to move items weighing more than that.
