Key Responsibilities for the HR Service Coordinator:
โ€ข Manage recruiting activities for technicians, administrative staff, service managers, and project managers
โ€ข Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees across multiple Indiana locations

Qualifications for the HR Service Coordinator:
โ€ข 3+ years of Human Resources experience
โ€ข Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and general HR functions
โ€ข ADP experience preferred
