Position Summary

PSG is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Site Superintendent to lead day-to-day construction operations on high-profile data center projects in Ohio. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of large-scale construction, and a proven commitment to safety, quality, and schedule performance.

Key Responsibilities

•  Oversee all field construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

•  Lead and supervise all on-site personnel, including foremen, craft workers, and subcontractors

•  Enforce PSG’s Occupational Health & Safety Program and maintain a strong safety culture on site

•  Conduct daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and pre-task planning with crews

•  Perform regular site inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA 1926 standards and client requirements

•  Manage the coordination of multiple subcontractors and ensure seamless SIMOPS (Simultaneous Operations)

•  Review and implement Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and ensure proper hazard controls are in place

•  Monitor schedule progress and coordinate with the Project Manager to resolve field issues

•  Maintain high standards of quality control and workmanship throughout the project

•  Manage site logistics, material deliveries, equipment utilization, and temporary facilities

•  Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives on site

•  Ensure all required documentation, permits, and inspections are completed accurately and on time

Qualifications & Requirements

•  Minimum 8–10 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction

•  At least 3–5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent on large-scale projects (data centers, semiconductor plants, or mission-critical facilities strongly preferred)

•  Proven experience working on data center or hyperscale projects is highly desirable

•  Strong knowledge of electrical systems, MEP installation, and working at heights

•  Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices

•  Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills

•  Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules

•  OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required

•  Current First Aid/CPR certification preferred

•  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
