Description: MCFA's SkillBridge program DoD to AEC is searching for DoD SkillBridge-authorized transitioning military service-members that align with our Core Values and exhibit the hunger, passion and drive for integrating leadership with project planning and execution.


We are a group of professionals who seek to empower authenticity and leverage the strengths of our team members in order to build the most complementary project teams in our industry. If you have experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry - amazing. If you have no experience in the AEC industry, then you are equally as qualified to join our program as a SkillBridge fellow. We can train all the technical skills required to be successful in this industry, but we hire for nontechnical skills, character, leadership attributes and future potential.
