Job description

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Program and Project Management to join our Managed Account Solutions team. This role will be accountable for the successful delivery of a new client onboarding projects as a part of onboarding program for Managed Account Solutions. This role combines project management, business analysis, and cross functional coordination to ensure outcomes are delivered in line with client expectations and internal business requirements. Acting as the central interface between the client and internal teams, including Business, Technology, Product, and Operations, the Project Manager ensures alignment, transparency, and disciplined execution throughout the client onboarding lifecycle. This role is located in Berwyn, PA.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Lead onboarding and implementation of new clients onto the Managed Account Solutions platform, and other projects within Managed Account Solutions.
  • Create project artifacts including project scope, business requirements, workflows, project plan status reports and other critical project management artifacts.
  • Identify and document project requirements by understanding client business drivers, current state, gaps and service requirements leading to ideal future state.
  • Lead routine meetings/calls providing project status updates and milestones with relevant stakeholders. Manage expectations and discussions with various levels of the organization.  
  • Drive project progress by fostering relationships with clients, internal stakeholders and SMEsand collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Track project status against plan and hold internal and external stakeholders accountable for deliverables and progress.  
  • Identify, track and escalate project issues, risks and blockers. Mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle by employing strategic foresight and problem-solving skills.
  • Foster continuous improvement by evaluating project performance and implementing lessons learned for future initiatives.
     

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in the buy-side investment management industry preferred.  
  • PMP designation preferred.  
  • Experience in Agile best practices preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio or comparable tool.
  • Experience with JIRA and project tracking platforms.
  • Strong dedication to quality client service.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, internal as well as client facing.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.  
  • Self-starter, self-finisher.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail and technical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to travel periodically as needed, dependent on client needs.
