Salary: $85k-$145k (depending on experience) The Project Manager II manages project execution, ensuring delivery of IT, cybersecurity, and engineering efforts aligned with cost, schedule, and technical requirements. Essential Functions: * Support project planning and execution aligned with cost and schedule objectives. * Track project performance, risks, and issues. * Assist with reporting, PMRs, and documentation. * Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with program processes and requirements. * Other duties as assigned or required. Requirements Required: * 5-7 years of experience in program/project management or related field. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). * Experience managing or supporting complex IT or engineering programs/projects. * Knowledge of project management principles (cost, schedule, risk). * Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, DAWIA PM).
