Responsibilities Empower AI: As the Transition Program Resource Review Committee (PRRC) Manager, leads and manages the recruiting effort across Team Empower AI during Transition-In operations. * Conducts daily PRRC Phase-In meetings
* Assists partners in candidate deconfliction process based on workshare, tasks assigned, incumbent status, and first contact.

* Reviews resumes, screens and routes resumes to appropriate manager
* Assists managers in following appropriate interviewing and hiring procedures

* 7-12 years of management experience

* Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certified
* DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) IT Project Manager qualified (DCWF 802)
* GSEC or Security+ certified, or higher
* Experience supporting Army Information Technology programs
