Job Summary:
RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager specializing in digital products. The role involves leading project portfolios, managing multiple work streams, and introducing new digital products in a healthcare payor environment.
Responsibilities:
• Experience managing schedules, pulling together tech and non tech teams for project compliance/update calls, vendor interaction support, risk management, escalations, etc
• Experience in execution of multiple related development projects simultaneously, with working knowledge of Systems Development Lifecycle and the Project Management Lifecycle.
• Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Current Health insurance Customer Exp
• 5+ years as a Tech Analyst in a Healthcare Payor env.
• Digital product + new digital product
• PMP certification
• Bachelors degree + 8 years of leading Project Portfolios as a Project and/or Program Management (12 years if no degree)
• Prior experience in large, very complex, environments supporting multiple work streams (in both tech and business deliverables) is critically important.
• Prior full budget control of min $5M of project spend
• Experience, as a Program/Project Manager, introducing a new Digital Product to an established customer base
• Expertise in both IT and business tracks; experience in strategic planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of systems, preferably across multiple hardware and software platforms.
• Experience managing schedules, pulling together tech and non tech teams for project compliance/update calls, vendor interaction support, risk management, escalations, etc.
• Experience in execution of multiple related development projects simultaneously, with working knowledge of Systems Development Lifecycle and the Project Management Lifecycle.
• Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders
• PM tools: Jira, KeyedIn (preferred), Visio
Preferred:
• Big Plus: prior Healthcare Payor industry experience
