This role owns delivery execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, and coordination with PGCPS leadership, including executive and Board-level stakeholders.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide end-to-end program leadership for the ERP modernization initiativeOwn project governance, scope, schedule, and risk managementManage vendor staffing using a ramp-up / ramp-down model as required by PGCPSPrepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reportsCoordinate closely with the PGCPS ERP Project ManagerLead executive and Board-level briefings as neededEnsure adherence to Oracle Cloud best practices and public-sector delivery standardsREQUIREMENTS:10+ years of ERP program or project management experienceDemonstrated leadership of multiple Oracle Cloud ERP implementationsPublic-sector ERP modernization experienceStrong executive communication and presentation skillsProven ability to manage complex, high-visibility programs Think Tank is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
