Job description

Apogee Global RMS is seeking a Senior Program / Project Manager to lead complex, multistakeholder publicsector initiatives across federal, IC, and DoD portfolios. This role is built for PMs who operate with executive discipline, understand federal delivery environments, and can drive outcomes across technical, operational, and missionaligned workstreams.

You will serve as the connective tissue between leadership, engineering, vendors, and mission owners - ensuring programs stay aligned, risks stay visible, and delivery stays on track.

What You Will Lead:

  • Full lifecycle program and project management across federal and IC/DoD initiatives
  • Development and execution of program plans, schedules, budgets, and performance metrics
  • Stakeholder alignment across government sponsors, technical teams, and vendor partners
  • Risk, issue, and dependency management with clear escalation pathways
  • Governance reporting, executive briefings, and contractaligned deliverable oversight
  • Coordination of crossfunctional teams in highvisibility, hightrust environments
  • Process improvement, workflow optimization, and operational discipline across the program

Requirements

Certifications:

  • PMP
  • PgMP, ITIL 4, PMIACP, CSM, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt are strong differentiators

Experience Requirements:

  • Proven success managing federal or publicsector programs
