A Day in the Life of the

The Project Coordinator plays an important role in utilizing technology and software resources, process documentation, and project execution within the Technical Operations and Construction team at Astound. This position will provide support through timely completion of tasks related to project procurement, PO receiving, and invoice processing.

  • Timely complete digital requests for new purchase orders, change orders, and invoices as requested.

  • Communicate with multiple departments to ensure accurate information is shared.

  • Maintain digital records for various processes, contractors, and teams.

  • Keep all process documents updated and organized as changes occur.

  • Assist with development of training programs as required.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 1+ years as a Project Coordinator

  • Strong critical-thinking, attention to detail and time management skills are required.

  • Ability to track and analyze data

  • Ability to communicate effectively with peers, Boundary partners and leadership and to provide status updates as needed.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment without supervision.

  • Strong computer skills preferred.

Education:

  • High school diploma orequivalentrequired

Base Compensation: The base compensation range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr, plus opportunities for benefits. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.
