  • Hands-on expertise with Asana project management software, including workflow automation, task tracking, reporting, and schedule management within cybersecurity or IT project environments
  • Solid project coordination and PMO support experience managing multiple concurrent projects, with advanced skills in task prioritization, risk identification, and cross-functional team collaboration
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field with 2-4 years of project coordination, project support, or operations experience in IT, cybersecurity, or government contracting
  • CAPM or PMP certification preferred (or ability to obtain), with demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies, scheduling tools, and compliance-driven project environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint), SharePoint documentation management, and project reporting tools; excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for client-facing coordination and potential travel

Your responsibilities as the Project Coordinator - Cybersecurity will include:
  • Manage and maintain project schedules, workflows, and task dependencies using Asana project management software to ensure on-time cybersecurity project delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (cybersecurity, compliance, IT operations) to track deliverables, drive accountability, and align project milestones with federal client requirements
