Job Summary:
ClifyX is a company seeking a Program/Portfolio Manager to manage their CRM portfolio. The role involves engaging with functional and technology leaders to ensure collaboration and secure growth for the portfolio.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the overall CRM Portfolio
• Engage with Functional and Technology leaders from the client and TCS side to ensure there is a strong collaboration
• Secure growth of the portfolio for 2027
• Be the trusted partner for client
Qualifications:
Required:
• Must have a CRM background (client uses MS Dynamics but any other CRM knowledge would work too).
• Understanding of CoPilot and/or some AI/GenAI offerings in CRM.
• Understanding of a Capital Market client, specifically Self Directed (a.k.a Retail or Personal Investor) and Advised clients.
• Good understand of a multi-cloud (AWS and Azure) and data exchanges between them.
• Ability to lead the TCS team in Business Planning exercises where business and technology teams plan and prepare the roadmap for upcoming quarters.
• Ability to translate functional discussions into technology deliverables.
• Manage the overall CRM Portfolio.
• Engage with Functional and Technology leaders from the client and TCS side to ensure there is a strong collaboration.
• Secure growth of the portfolio for 2027.
• Be the trusted partner for client.
