Analyst, Forecasting, Planning & Analytics

Location: 300 Park Avenue, Warminster, PA
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (100% Onsite)

About the Role

We're looking for a highly analytical and collaborative Analyst, Forecasting, Planning & Analytics to join our Forecasting & Planning team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts, managing retail replenishment, and delivering data-driven insights that support key business decisions.

You'll work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to optimize inventory, improve forecast accuracy, and ensure products are available to meet customer demand. If you enjoy solving complex business problems, leveraging data to drive decisions, and making a measurable impact, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Develop, maintain, and improve demand forecasts using historical data, trends, and business insights.
  • Own retail replenishment planning and execution to ensure optimal inventory levels and customer service.
  • Manage replenishment strategies and planning system parameters.
  • Recommend procurement, packaging, and repacking quantities to support operational needs.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to align demand plans with business objectives.
  • Monitor inventory across manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution locations to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs), inventory health, and operational performance.
  • Analyze forecast accuracy and recommend continuous process improvements.
  • Support cross-functional projects focused on improving supply chain efficiency and inventory optimization.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to support strategic business initiatives.
What You'll BringMinimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in demand forecasting, replenishment planning, supply chain analytics, or a related analytical role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, or other business intelligence and data visualization tools preferred.
  • Experience in a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment and familiarity with ERP, MRP, or supply chain planning systems preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
