Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working on-site and remotely. Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with program teams to support the planning, scheduling, and execution of complex projects.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of program schedules and timelines.
  • Analyze data and identify potential risks and opportunities to optimize program performance.
  • Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations to communicate program status to stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in problem-solving and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop a broad understanding of the end-to-end system development lifecycle

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM based area of study such as Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science or Project Management
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Communicates well verbally and in written form
  • Driven to learn, adapt and contribute
  • Good analytical skills and accustomed to using a proactive problem-solver approach

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • MS Project experience is a bonus!
  • Familiarity with creating or maintaining Integrated Master Schedules

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $56401 - $95881
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
