Job description

Salary Range:$100,000 - $110,000 plus up to a $4k annual bonus based on top performance.

Work Hours:Monday-Friday flexibility required typically between 8:00am - 6:00pm.

Through exceptional hospitality and thoughtfully curated experiences, you'll help shape a campus where people feel energized, connected, and inspired.

Your Focus:

You are responsible for transforming your wellness spaces into magnetic destinations—high-performing, life-enhancing hubs that offer something guests can’t find anywhere else. You will set the stage for vitality and longevity, ensuring our spaces are the first choice for both essential recovery rituals and high-impact wellness transformations.

Outcomes You’ll Deliver:
  • Five-Star Standard:Own the operational heartbeat of your spaces, including a fitness center, outdoor sports facilities, rock climbing wall and pool, by keeping them service-ready. You ensure every environment is primed and intentional, creating a welcoming, premium stage where your members can perform at their peak.
  • Revenue & Space Performance:Drive the efficiency of your spaces and wellness services by mastering the dance of utilization. You’ll optimize resources, energy, and staffing schedules to ensure you are always prepared for the day’s rhythm.
  • Leadership & Development:Guide and grow a high-performing team of Hosts. By setting clear goals, you empower your people to "hone their craft" and deliver consistent, high-quality performance.
  • Ownership & Problem Solving:Act as the steady "Swan" for high-stakes moments. You are the final word on execution, stepping in to clear obstacles and navigate complex scenarios so the guest experience remains seamless and stress-free.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment:Partner across functions to ensure your programming aligns with our service expectations. You act as the guardian of our brand standards, ensuring that every unique activation or booking aligns with our operational DNA and client promises.
  • Operational Excellence:Master the behind-the-scenes details that make the magic possible. From equipment readiness to efficient resets, you ensure the invisible engine of the space runs with absolute precision and care.
  • Feedback & Continuous Evolution:Champion a culture of always better. You’ll use data, audits, and guest feedback to report on impact, ensuring we are constantly refining our service to stay at the leading edge of the industry.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience managing fitness or wellness center operations at large campuses, country clubs or boutique wellness spaces.
  • 2+ years of experience planning and executing tenant engagement programs and on-site activations.
  • Comfortable preparing client-facing meeting agendas, presentations, and communications.
  • Current group fitness certification from a nationally recognized organization (e.g., ACE, AFAA, NASM, ACSM, or equivalent) required. Personal Training certification is a plus. (Must be willing and able to provide fitness class or training coverage as needed, including for VIP clients or during instructor absences.)
  • Experience overseeing multiple service lines (e.g., fitness, events, hospitality, wellness, or tenant experience) is a plus.
  • Skilled in driving revenue and efficiency through utilization planning, staffing models, and resource management.
  • Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and key stakeholders to deliver an exceptional experience.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using booking, scheduling, and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, event platforms). Adaptable and confident learning new systems for membership and program management.
