What Your Job Duties Will Include:

  • Reflects our mission: Protect, defend and enhance the homes and lives of each client
  • Supervises office staff and office procedures, while reporting and tracking productivity
  • Creates a culture of learning, which coaching both current and new CSR staff members
  • Handles customer complaint escalations for the branch
  • Produces/Manages branch production reports
  • Manages branch collections—credits and cancels accounts
  • Participates in branch office staffing process with HR and Service Center Operations Manager

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience with Bug House Pest Control; including experience in operational functions
  • Excellent knowledge of Bug House systems such as Pest Pac, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Acts with integrity by keeping commitments
  • Serves as a Bug House Brand Ambassador, always focusing on the highest level of professionalism and image standards
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Demonstrate coaching and development ability through strong written and verbal communication
