Job description

CASE Office Assistant

The mission of the Center for the Advancement of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) Education โ€”CASEโ€” is to leverage the physical and intellectual resources of Bridgewater State University to build and support a diverse community of educators and students that promotes STEM interest and literacy both regionally and internationally. CASE offers STEM programs for K-12 teachers, students and the community. Our programs take place on campus, in K-12 settings, and throughout the community. The CASE Office Assistant will assist the Center for Advancement of STEM Education (CASE) staff with general office jobs. Responsibilities for this role include: clerical work โ€“ answering phones, filing, photocopying, data entry, creating and maintaining center databases; event organization โ€“ assist with marketing of CASE programs; research projects โ€“ assist with data compilation and reporting; website โ€“ assist with website updates; other duties as assigned. Eligibility requirements: Must be a Bridgewater State University undergraduate student registered for a minimum of six credits for the Fall 2026 semester.

Preferred Qualifications - Reliability, a high level of attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.
