Job Purpose:

Located in Salt Lake City, UT, the Digital Marketing Manager leads Nordica's digital marketing and e-commerce presence in the United States, turning NorAm Go-To-Market strategy into strong domestic execution across the digital landscape. Reporting to the Nordica North American Business Unit Director, this role owns the campaign calendar, our e-commerce and CRM platforms, and the paid media, creative and PR partnerships that bring the Nordica brand to life for U.S. consumers.

This role is ideal for a hands-on marketing professional who wants real ownership across the full digital toolkit, from CRM and e-commerce to paid media, creative and PR, and the chance to shape how a heritage ski brand shows up for U.S. consumers. You'll manage multiple workstreams, direct agency and vendor partners, and turn strategy into campaigns and digital experiences that are unmistakably Nordica.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include, but are not limited to, the following:

BRAND & GTM STRATEGY
  • Partner with the Business Unit Director, alongside the Trade & Community Manager, to shape NorAm GTM strategy and the direction of agreed NorAm Hero Product Categories.
  • Develop integrated seasonal plans covering positioning, launch strategy, campaign architecture and ADV budget prioritization.
  • Partner with the International Marketing team to maintain brand consistency and to secure and shape technical asset delivery that meets the US needs.
  • Own the U.S. digital and D2C marketing strategy, working closely with the BUD and Sales Manager to align on consumer revenue growth plans and their relationship to the wholesale channel.
  • Lead CRM onboarding for North America, owning the data model, segmentation and team adoption.
  • Manage the U.S. site in partnership with the international web team, the trade and consumer email program, and digital analytics and reporting.
  • Direct the Marketing Coordinator on the NuOrder B2B showroom (buildout, catalog management and digital assets), the marketing portal digital asset bank, and field CRM lead generation support.
CAMPAIGN, CREATIVE & COMMUNICATIONS
  • Own the creative brief and approval chain for NorAm-originated work, including trade collateral such as catalogs and price lists, and direct Nordica's creative agency.
  • Own paid media strategy and manage the buy in partnership with our external agency and media partners.
  • Serve as the U.S. lead supporting the SpA-managed social agency relationship, translating priorities into the content calendar.
  • Own the master PR agency relationship (contract, budget, overall scope and escalation) and align quarterly with the Trade & Community Manager on the freeski sourcing workstream within that contract.
  • Own English product copywriting, with scope direction from the International Marketing team and Product Manager.
  • Own the master campaign calendar, integrating athlete, trade and community content supplied by the Trade & Community Manager.
BUDGET & PERFORMANCE
  • Own the US ADV budget and resource allocation; report to the Business Unit Director, who holds P&L ownership and budget approval.
  • Monitor campaign and digital performance, ROI and market insight, and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Define the measurement approach for brand, digital and trade programs.
COLLABORATION
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the North American organization to keep other departments informed and share best practices.
Experience/Education:

6+ years of marketing experience, including brand and campaign ownership, in the ski, outdoor or adjacent consumer industry, with demonstrated e-commerce and digital ownership and hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform. Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Reddit, YouTube, Google Ads and programmatic buying, along with agency management across creative and PR. Go-to-market strategy experience and comfort contributing to GTM planning in close partnership with senior leadership. Strong personal execution capability across brand, digital and campaign work, comfortable operating with a small team and doing what's needed to get the job done. Budget ownership and ROI reporting experience, with experience working with international brand teams and headquarters relationships. Strong understanding of the alpine skiing community.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced knowledge of MS Office software, with a strong command of MS Excel. Advanced use of marketing automation programs and CRM tools. Adobe Suite experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Physical Requirements:

Hybrid position based in Salt Lake City, in-office 3 days per week, with periodic travel to the New Hampshire headquarters. Also requires extensive travel domestically and abroad for events and tradeshows, with trips

lasting 7-10 days. General administrative tasks include sitting or standing at a desk, typing and use of computer. May require some lifting (up to 50 lbs. routinely, 75-100 lbs. occasionally) during travel, events and tradeshows.
