JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead overall project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure successful program execution.
* Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and operational resources to meet project deliverables and customer expectations.
* Collaborate with department leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
* Monitor project timelines, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain delivery commitments.
* Manage customer contracts, service level agreements, and qualification requirements while maintaining strong client relationships.
* Participate in sales support and bid development activities to help secure new business opportunities.
* Provide regular updates and status communications to customers, leadership teams, and internal stakeholders.
