Are you a passionate and experienced Program Manager ready to drive success in aerospace and defense contracting? Norsk Titanium, a pioneering leader in advanced manufacturing, is looking for a Program Manager to join our team in Plattsburgh, NY.


As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for successfully managing U.S.-based programs, including the planning, coordination, execution, and follow-up of U.S. Navy and Department of Defense assignments. You will have the opportunity to bridge the gap between customer requirements and internal execution to deliver extraordinary results!


What you will do:


  • Manage assigned U.S. Navy, DoD, and related programs in strict alignment with customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program-related matters with U.S. customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead program plans, schedules, milestones, costs, and technical performance while proactively tracking progress and mitigating risks.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, finance, and product management to ensure alignment.
  • Ensure total compliance with contract deliverables, export control, ITAR, and aerospace security and quality requirements.


Who you are:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, program management, or a related field (PMP, DAU, or DAWIA preferred).
  • 5+ years of program management experience in defense, aerospace, or government contracting, specifically managing U.S. Government customer programs.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with ERP/scheduling systems like SAP, Epicor, or MS Project.
  • An exceptional leader with strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills who thrives in a highly regulated, deadline-driven environment.
  • U.S. person status or an ITAR export license is required, along with a willingness to travel up to 20%.
