You help turn great shifts into great results. Leadership here means building confidence in others, keeping standards high, and making sure bold food and warm hospitality show up every day.


What You’ll Do

  • Strengthen the team by coaching Hourly Shift Coordinators and Team Members, building skills, and raising performance
  • Deliver great guest experiences by guiding teams to serve fast, friendly, and accurate meals in a clean, welcoming kitchen
  • Lead strong operations by upholding Popeyes brand standards and ensuring smooth, efficient execution
  • Support profitability by managing inventory, placing and receiving orders, maintaining restaurant assets, and following cash control procedures


What You’ll Bring

  • 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED (2 years of college preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in a quick-service or fast-paced restaurant environment (management experience preferred)
  • A people-first leadership mindset with strong communication skills
