What you'll doThe Shift Manager is responsible for assisting in the execution of daily operations activities :  Building Sales and Profit, Staffing the Restaurant, Ensuring Quality Products are being served, Providing Class One Service above everything else, Training Team Members, Maintaining a Sparkling Clean Restaurant, Controlling Expenses, Motivating team members and Completing Administrative tasks as required of the job.  

What you can expectThe Shift Manager position is a full time hourly position with a 48 hour work week.  Benefits include:  Medical, Dental and Vision, STD, LTD, Life Insurance and 401k.   What we expect from you
  • College Degree or equivalent experience in operations
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions / functions
