ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE AND INTERFACES
Position Reports To: General Manager or Part-Time Unit Director
Primary Interfaces: Youth, Families, Volunteers, Program Staff, Unit Director, General Manager, Regional General Manager, Operations Team
Hours: 2325 hours/week
Must be able to accommodate and provide a consistent MondayFriday schedule unless otherwise approved.
Daily Hours Include: 1:30 PM 6:00 PM and Wednesdays/Minimum Days 12:30 PM 6:00 PM
POSITION SUMMARY
The Program Manager serves as a key site leader responsible for supporting high-quality program execution, staff coaching, member engagement, volunteer coordination, and day-to-day operational excellence.
Working in partnership with the Unit Director or General Manager, the Program Manager helps ensure a safe, engaging, and well-organized Club environment while supporting staff development and consistent implementation of organizational standards.
