We are seeking an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software development and IT infrastructure to lead and manage a team of approximately 40 professionals. This role is responsible for driving technical strategy, overseeing development and infrastructure operations, and ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability across systems and teams. Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of ~40 engineers across development and infrastructure functions.
• Define and execute the technical roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring best practices in design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Manage infrastructure operations including cloud/on-prem environments, availability, performance, security, and disaster recovery.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards, processes, and governance.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering productivity, system reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Manage budgets, resource planning, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational standards.
